Kenny Schachter conTEMPorary will be
situated on Pier 90, located on Manhattan’s far
West side on the Hudson River (12th Avenue) at 50th
Street.
The booth will be designed by Acconci Studio and filled
with mostly new work by a host of artists affiliated
with the space in the past, present or future. A related

The design by Acconci Studio is unconventional and
innovative paying heed to the venturous structure
of conTEMPorary on Charles Lane. The booth appears
as if the space was imploded, sucked in from above
creating an architectural framework to display work,
while incorporating furniture elements.
